125 Best Gym Motivation and Fitness Quotes for Women
If there’s one thing I’ve learned from my physical fitness journey, it’s that it can be extremely hard to just get up and get moving. I’ll make up excuses left and right for why I shouldn’t do it yet: chores, kids, the weather, my mood, how little time I have, even wanting to put off a program until the start of the week or the month or the YEAR so I can have that fresh “Day One”. The reality is that there is no right place or right time to get started – you just have to actually make it happen.
That being said, I still struggle with motivation when the good days feel like they’ve run out. No amount of convincing myself that it’s time seems to help get my butt off the couch. That’s when I turn to external motivation: good old-fashioned motivational quotes. There’s something about hearing (or reading) a particularly moving statement that just gets you pumped in a way you couldn’t have managed by yourself.
Below I’ve gathered a large variety of female gym motivation quotes and fitness quotes to help give yourself that extra boost. From famous quotes to some particularly funny ones, I made sure to find a little bit of everything. Let’s get sweating!
