What is Beachbody?
Beachbody, founded in 1998, is a popular resource for home workouts and nutrition support. Beachbody programs have helped thousands of people lose weight and get in shape – including myself. In addition to home workout programs, Beachbody helps people reach their health and fitness goals by offering nutrition plans, fitness guides, and supplements.
While Beachbody began with home workouts available via DVD, the technology has evolved to now include a streaming service, called Beachbody on Demand.
Beachbody also offers a multi-level marketing opportunity where people can earn money working from home as a Beachbody coach.
