Halloween is the perfect time to let your imagination run wild. You can be your favorite character from a movie, book, or video game. You could be Harry Potter, a cactus, a jellyfish or even a pineapple. Store bought costumes are convenient but handmade costumes are fun and creative and they can save you money.
