5 Healthy Yogurt Bowl Recipes

Raise your hand if you have health goals you want to reach this year. Me too! One of my biggest goals is making nutritious meals for myself for every part of the day – including breakfast and snacks! It’s easy to reach for the sweets midday, but that isn’t in line with my goals. So thanks to FAGE, I am sharing five healthy yogurt bowl recipes that will help us stick to our resolutions all year!

Savory Bowl (Keto friendly)

FAGE keto savory yogurt bowl recipe with avocado lemon garlic dill

Our family loves FAGE’s all-natural Greek yogurt. It’s full of protein and pairs perfectly with all of our favorite toppings. One thing we do most with it is make a savory dip for our veggies. However, you can turn it into a healthy bowl with a few similar toppings!

-FAGE Total 2% Plain Greek Yogurt
-lemon juice and zest
-garlic powder
-dried dill
-diced avocado
-almond slivers

You can eat it with a spoon, or scoop it up with some crunchy veggies like carrots or cucumbers! This makes a perfect option for keto, as FAGE has no added sugar (only naturally occurring milk sugar).

Granola Berry Bowl

-sliced bananas (try them fresh or frozen)
-shredded unsweetened coconut
-almond butter (warm in microwave for an easier drizzle)

I love that Aren enjoys FAGE Total 2% Plain Greek Yogurt. I can give it to her without worry, knowing that it is Non-GMO Project Verified and is made with milk from cows that have been fed non-GMO feed. We are very conscious about what we eat, and the non-GMO label is something I look for!

I plan to stick with FAGE so I can keep up with my resolutions this year! Which yogurt bowl recipe are you trying first?
