Pinterest Paleo Meal Roundup

Thank goodness for Pinterest, right? If it weren’t for Pinterest, I probably wouldn’t know how to decorate my house, how to plan my kids’ birthday parties, and my family would either starve or live off a diet of Cheerios and ramen. I don’t want to live off Cheerios and ramen, so I frequently scan Pinterest for new food ideas. This week, I saved five new dinner recipes that I’d like to try. Because I’m still unable to eat dairy while breastfeeding, I decided to just look for Paleo recipes to keep things simple. Here’s my Paleo meal roundup for the week:

I’m pretty excited to try all of these new recipes this week. They look delicious and I think my family will enjoy them all! I may tweak the recipes a little bit to fit our tastes (and to fit the ingredients we may or may not have on hand). Sides will most likely be a simple salad, some oven baked fries, green beans, rice or pasta (not paleo, but my family isn’t 100% paleo right now anyway), and fruit. The meatball and marinara sauce will be part of our annual “red and green themed dinner” night on Wednesday. I will use my family for research and will report back next week to let you know which ones were a hit!

Which of these recipes looks the best to you? Have you tried any of these before?
