While you can't spot-reduce fat, you can tone that area up! Here are 5 triceps exercises you can do without weights.

1. Triceps Pushups

These are tough, so it's ok to start on your knees! Keep your elbows close to your body.

2. Triceps Dips

Watch your form to avoid shoulder injury. Fingers point forward, elbows point back, shoulders down.

3. Pike Pushups

You'll also work your shoulders and core with this pushup variation. Get into down dog and let's go!

4. Towel Triceps Press

If you don't have weights or TRX straps, you can totally use a towel to strengthen those arms! Creativity for the win!

5. Cobra Press Up

Why not work on a little spinal mobility while you strengthen your arms? Feel free to take it slow with these and breathe.
