1. OVERHEAD PRESS

Use one kettlebell or two for this move that will work your shoulders. Try one arm at a time for a core challenge!

2. KETTLEBELL HALO

Stay steady! These work your shoulders and forearms, but really challenge your core too.

3. SINGLE ARM ROW

Bent over rows are great for your back, but they target your biceps too!

4. CURL TO PRESS

You can do just a curl to work your biceps, or add in the press to hit your shoulders too.

5. SKULL CRUSHER

You can work your triceps by holding one kettlebell with both hands like this, or with one weight for each hand.

6. PLANK DRAG

Finish off your entire body with this move! Keep your body as steady and stable as possible.
