HOME WORKOUT CIRCUIT LEG EDITION

Want an intense lower body workout you can do at home?

Tone those legs with this lower body circuit that will fire up those muscles fast!

Complete each strength move  for  10-15 reps Do 30-60 seconds of the cardio move (#4) Give yourself 30-60 seconds of rest for recovery Repeat the circuit for a total of 3 rounds.

How to do the circuit:

Flames

1. GOBLET SQUATS

Hold a weight at your chest and lower your booty down to knee level or slightly below. Push through heels to stand.

2. CURTSY LUNGES

Step back and cross your leg behind into a curtsy. Push through your front foot to stand and work that booty!

3. ALTERNATING LUNGES

Step back to 90 degrees in each leg, then step back in and repeat on the other side.

4. BUTT KICKS

Stand tall and "run" in place while bringing your heels as close to your booty as possible - and kick it if you can!
