FAT BURNING KETTLEBELL WORKOUT
This 15 minute kettlebell workout is great for getting your heart rate up and blasting fat!
Do each move for 1 minute, then repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
1. KB SWINGS
These work your whole body! Use your hips to quickly drive the weight up to chest height.
2. SQUAT + CURL
Combining upper and lower body in one exercises burns more calories in less time!
3. AROUND THE WORLD
Also known as the slingshot, these work your core while keeping your heart rate up!
4. SUMO + UPRIGHT ROW
Another compound exercise, this move works both large and smaller muscles for maximum benefits.
5. LUNGE + ROW
Stay steady in a deep lunge while you challenge your core and build your upper body - all at the same time.
6. KB MARCH
This move seems deceptively easy! Stand tall and stay steady while you work your core and blast your heart rate.
Remember to stretch and foam roll those muscles!
