Having a strong "why" for sticking to your plan is a huge motivator! Write out the specific reason why you want to exercise and write it down where you can see it daily.
Find your WHY
Set Goals
Setting SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, reasonable, and timely) that are both short- and long-term give you something to work toward.
Having an accountability partner increases your chances of staying consistent. Find your swole mate (or a personal trainer) to sweat with!
Pair Up
Plan exactly what days and times you will workout - and what you'll do on those days! Make the time and you can make it happen.
Schedule It
If you hate running, don't run! Find an activity or exercise that you enjoy - add your favorite music, and have fun while you get fit!
