HOW TO START WORKING OUT (AGAIN)
It's been a while and you're ready to get back in the gym. But how?
Here are my best tips to start working out again (just like I did!).
Figure out why you want to start back. This is what you need to keep going.
Find your motivation.
No need for an hour-long workout. Fit in 5-10 minutes of light exercise and focus on making it a habit.
Don't try to pick up where you left off. Build a base with balance training, basic movements, and low weights.
Back to basics.
Make sure you are performing every rep with proper form, to avoid injury later.
Fix your form.
Stretch and take your rest days. You don't want to burn out and quit again!
Rest and recover.
Schedule your workouts and stick to your plan. Once you make it a habit, it's hard to stop!
