Lateral raise, scaption, and front raise - otherwise known as I-T-Y because of the arm placement - are great for shoulder stability!

ARNOLD PRESS

This move named after The Ah-nold himself hits all 3 areas of the deltoid.

UPRIGHT ROW

Keep your core tight, pull your elbows just to shoulder height, and squeeze back a bit at the top.

SINGLE OVERHEAD PRESS WITH A HOLD

Challenge your core stabilizers while you slowly and smoothly press up, then back down to shoulder height.

SIDE RAISE + OVERHEAD ROTATION

WIith elbows bent, raise arms to shoulder height, then rotate upward to strengthen rotator cuff. Slowly lower down.

REAR DELT FLY

Bend at the hip, brace your core, and squeeze your shoulder blades together as you fire up the backs of your shoulders!
