RESISTANCE BAND CHEST EXERCISES
Want to exercise your chest without weights? Traveling but don't want to skip your workout?
Grab a resistance band and join me for a few simple moves!
Press the handles of the band forward just like a bench press motion - but no bench or barbell needed!
DECLINE CHEST PRESS
With the band set high, press the handles in a diagonal towards the floor - targeting lower chest muscles.
INCLINE CHEST PRESS
Anchor the band low and press diagonally upwards to work your upper chest.
Keep your elbows slightly soft (not locked straight) with this move!
SINGLE ARM CHEST PRESS
Improve your balance with single arm exercises. Fun fact: your left pectorals are stimulated while you work the right side!
No cable machine? No problem! Strengthen your chest while also activating your shoulders with the crossover.
REVERSE GRIP FLY
I recommend a much lighter band for this move that targets your middle and lower chest. It's a burner!
Resistance bands are super effective for building strength without the cost or bulk of lots of weights.
