Trying to lose weight but not seeing results?
Here are 7 ways to help overcome plateau in weight loss so you can reach your goals!
Many people eat more calories than they realize! Weight loss requires a calorie deficit, so keep a log for accuracy.
1. Track your eating
You may eat the right calories, but are they the right proportions of carbs, protein, and fat?
2. Check your macros
Aim for .7-1 g of protein per pound of bodyweight.
Include lots of fiber-rich fruits and veggies for lots of nutrients while you fill up your tummy.
3. Get your fiber
Don't just move in the gym! Add in movement breaks during the day.
4. Move more
Increase the frequency or intensity of your workouts to challenge your body.
5. Change up workouts
Resistance training helps to build muscle tissue and increase your metabolism.
6. Lift weights
Your body needs time to repair and stay healthy. Aim for at least 7.5 hours each night.
7. Get your rest

Realistic goal - 0.5-1 pound per week
