HOW TO BE A MORNING WORKOUT PERSON
Sometimes mornings are the only time we have to exercise.
Make that early workout happen with these tips - even if you aren't a morning person!
To the other side of the room, that is! Set your alarm and move it out of reach so you HAVE to get up!

The day before, decide exactly what you will be doing - whether it's a run, a class, or something else.
Hydrate a little before bed, then fill your bottle so you're ready to grab and go in the AM!
FILL YOUR WATER BOTTLE
PREP YOUR BREAKFAST
Next to your water bottle, set out a banana or the bread and peanut butter for a quick and easy energy source.
Before falling asleep, visualize yourself waking up on time and completing a successful workout.
Visualization is powerful!!
Go to bed! Turn off the TV and get plenty of sleep so you're ready to rock it in the morning!
