FUN HOME WORKOUTS FOR KIDS

 When the kids are stuck at home and can't get outside to play, they need a way to burn off energy. Try one of these workout ideas to get them moving - or turn it into a fun family workout that you all do together!

ROLL THE DICE

Roll the dice and do the exercise that matches (for 30 seconds, then roll again): 1 - jumping jacks 2 - pushups 3 - run in place 4 - air punches 5 - butt kicks 6 - windmill arms

ANIMAL WORKOUT

Set a timer and spend 1 minute pretending to move like each animal: - frog leap - bunny hop - crab walk - flamingo stand - duck walk - chicken dance - gorilla shuffle - snake slither - elephant trunk swing - inchworm - donkey kicks

Turn on some jams and just dance around the house!

DANCE PARTY

OBSTACLE COURSE

Use painters tape to create an obstacle course on the floor for the kids to run through repeatedly!

Kids can spell their name, or work through the entire ABCs!
