Aim for 30 minutes of daily activity, or set a goal to walk 1 mile (about 2250 steps) each day.
Drink 64 ounces of water each day - or calculate your own personal water goal and stick to it!
Eat some proten and a veggie (yes, at least one veggie) at each meal!
Do 5-10 minutes of gentle stretching each day to increase flexibility.
Say 3 things you are thankful for each day.
