Kinda want to work out; kinda just want to chill?
Sit up tall and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Hold for 5 seconds. These are easy to do in the car at red lights too!
With your head straight and spine neutral, slightly slide your head backward to create a double chin. (We all have it!) It's ok if this feels silly!
Easy to work your glutes while you channel surf! Stack your legs, bend your knees, keep your heels together, and open/close your knees.
Scoot your booty off the edge and work your arms by bending your elbows to lower down and push back up again.
Obliques? Oh yeah! Lean back and engage your core as you twist from side to side. Grab a pillow to add resistance!
Lean back, straighten legs and alternate lifting/lowering legs like scissors. Try keeping your chin tucked too!
Just like standing calf raises - raise and lower your heels, squeezing your calves at the top. I like to sit a toddler on my knees for resistance.
Extend one leg and contract your thigh as you lift and lower your whole leg. Do 10-15, then switch legs.
Pick an exercise to do during each commercial, or do a quick circuit for 10-15 minutes per day.
