Do this workout just like the song!  Do 1,  then 2 and 1,  then 3 and 2 and 1, and so on.

Present Pushups

Do a pushup, then pretend to push a present under the tree.

candy cane lunges

Reverse lunge (3x each leg) and draw a candy cane with your arms.

jolly squats
